How to use the Online Booking System
A Helpful Guide on using our online booker!

Once you have clicked on the 'Book with us' or 'Availability and Booking' button, a pop up or new window will open, that will request you to enter your email. If you are a new customer, this will take you through to setting up your unique account, if you are a returning customer it will take you through to a password entry page.

The Account creation screen looks like this:

Once you have either created a profile, or logged in, you will arrive at the home page.

This allows you to enter or update your details, along with those of your cat, or simply check availability first by selecting your dates and times from the drop down boxes below the from and to sections.

When entering the vaccination details for your cat, a picture of their proof of vaccination must be uploaded, showing their name and most recent and valid vaccinations. Please enter the expiry date of their vaccinations by clicking on the expiry icon. Once all your information has been entered, you are now ready to make a booking.

If a cabin is available for your selected dates, the far right circle will be illuminated green, with the word "Available displayed below". If there is no availability, it will show as below, with a red circle and "Not available" displayed. You could try to change your check in and out times to see if this will change the status to available.

Before moving forward, we kindly ask that you read through our booking terms and conditions and sign to confirm your agreement. You can either use a touch screen device, or type your name to signify your acceptance. Once completed, click save and submit, and Et Voila! You have submitted your booking request. We’ll be in touch shortly (within 24 hours, usually much sooner) to confirm your booking and kindly request a 30% deposit to secure your stay. If possible, we ask that this be settled within 48 hours, as the system may automatically release the reservation after that time.
